Pulled Pork Recipe

Dry Rub:

North Caroline Style BBQ Sauce:

Pulled Pork:

Be sure to use a pork roast, not a tenderloin, but a nice loin roast without lots of fat.
(There may be a layer of fat on top that you cut off)

  1. Apply the dry rub to the pork roast
  2. Cook in the oven for 1 hour and 20 minutes at 325 °F
  3. Grill for 1 hour at medium-low
  4. Pull pork apart with forks and douse with BBQ sauce
